Most of the popular spots were empty, especially at sunrise, which let us experience the real magic of the coast.

📍Fortress Creek Falls Infinity Pools I Blue Mountains

📌 Before we jump in, make sure to SAVE this for your next weekend mission! Only 90 minutes from Sydney!

Fortress Creek Trail is home to one of the most unreal natural infinity pools in Australia, but don’t underestimate this challenging hike! I reached my limits at this one because the last km is very steep downhill!

🚙 Park your car at Fortress Ridge Carpark and start the trail from there! You reach the car park via an unpaved road, and a 4WD is recommended, but we had no problems with a 2WD.

🥾 This 9.8 km challenging trail through rugged terrain leads to natural infinity pools at the edge of a 70m waterfall and it’s built for adventurers, who aren’t afraid of a challenge.

⛰️ If you’re ready to trade the brunch line for a rugged mountain mission, this is your sign!

This 9.8 km rugged trail leads to a secret natural infinity pool

but trust us: This hike is no joke. I hit my absolute limit and walked back like a penguin 🐧

Raph basically had to push and motivate me the whole way back to the car! If he didn’t push me, I’d still be living at that infinity pool right now 🫣💀😅
