Eure,

How is nobody talking about this place 🤯 📍The Coc How is nobody talking about this place 🤯

📍The Coconut Well Rockpools in Broome are one of the most surreal spots we’ve seen in Australia 😍

📌 Before we jump in, make sure to SAVE this for your Western Australia Road Trip!

Here‘s the thing: the tides make this place. Like almost everywhere in Broome, timing is EVERYTHING. To see this moon-like surface, you have to come at low tide!

🌊 High tide: The little rock pools fill up with crystal-clear water and you can literally lie in them like a natural spa.

🪐 Low tide: The whole place transforms into what looks like another planet. Completely unreal!

A few things to know before you go:
👟 Wear shoes – the rocks are REALLY sharp!
🐊 Be Crocwise! Always check and respect the warning signs.

Who would you take here?

If Karijini is not on your bucket list yet, it definitely should be! This national park has some of the most spectacular hikes in all of Australia! 🥹

Part A is about:

💪 For the adventurous: Hancock Gorge (Grade 5, ~1.5 km return) - honestly our favourite. Chest-deep water crossings, the epic Spider Walk and Amphitheater, plus cool Kermit Pool. Steep stairs down, but it felt way easier than the rating!

💧 For the relaxed hiker: Fern Pool and Fortescue Falls (~1,4 km) in Dales Gorge - the park’s best swimming spots.

🥾 Which hike would you try first?

Just 9 hours from Perth!
Here‘s how to spend 3 days in Shark Bay:

📍Stay in Denham - it’s much quieter and we liked it way better than Monkey Mia, which is super touristy.

🐬 Monkey Mia - wake up for the wild dolphin meet! Arrive by 7:30 AM, as sessions depend entirely on dolphin visits and can finish early (sometimes by 9:00 AM)! Access to the experience is included with your Monkey Mia Conservation Park Entry Permit - 100% worth it. Get there right at sunrise.

🐚 Shell Beach - a beach made entirely of shells

🩵 Little Lagoon - the clearest water and most colorful landscape!

🧡 Francois Peron NP - red dirt meets turquoise. Tip: since the park is 4WD-only, just rent a kayak at Monkey Mia. We rented one for 4 hours, and it was perfect for paddling out to the park’s red rocks - we even had the place to ourselves! Rent via Paddeling Monkey Mia

🚐 Enjoy the coastal road on your way to Denham - Eagle Bluff Lookout is a great stop, and you can sometimes spot wildlife there.

🧖🏼‍♀️ The Artesian Natural Hot Tub is perfect for stargazing in the evening, when it’s least busy

What would you visit first? 🙌🏻

7 hours from Exmouth!

📌 Before we jump in, make sure to save this for later!

Most people head straight to the Spa Pool at Hamersley Gorge, but the gorge itself is also incredibly beautiful and impressive. The colours look like they’re from another world! 💛🩵💚

🚐 The gorge is located quite far from the rest of the park, and you’ll have to drive along a dirt road to get there. If you take it slow, it’s definitely doable with a 2WD. We had absolutely no problems with our van!

Tip: Try to get there before 8 am — you’ll likely have the whole place to yourself - it makes the experience feel even more magical ✨

We’ll be honest - we always thought this spa pool was going to be overrated. But after finally experiencing it, it was easily one of our absolute highlights in Karijini!

Tip for your visit: Arrive BEFORE 8:00 AM to avoid the midday crowds. We had the pool almost an hour for ourselves.

🚐 To get here, you have to drive to Hamersley Gorge - it’s 55km through a rough dirt road, but it’s managable with a 2WD if you drive slow!

When you reach the gorge you have to swim through another pool to reach the spa pool entrance, so you have to leave everything at the main pool!
